Meadowledge is a popular, all-age park model community comprised of 321 sites dispersed along 64 lush acres with an abundance of quality, on-site, activities and features. Our community is conveniently located near rural wineries and offers 7 miles of beaches including Wells Beach, Moody Beach and Ogunquit Beach along the Atlantic Shores.

Wells is full of history

Founded in 1643, Wells is the third-oldest town in Maine which is located within York County. In addition to our beautiful beaches, the Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farms (a National Estuarine Research Reserve), offers miles of walking trails that lead to gorgeous saltwater marshlands and bird sanctuaries.
